Did you know that you can obtain incredible wealth just by being an expert at something?

In fact, you can get really rich by being an expert at ordinary things that people use in their daily lives. Consider these examples:

Rachel Ray is now a famous celebrity cook, author, and TV show host. She became incredibly wealthy because she is an expert at cooking – something that ordinary people do everyday.

Here’s the important part: Nobody handed Rachel Ray a certificate telling her she was an expert cook. She had lots of experience cooking and working in restaurants and was therefore considered an “expert.”

Cesar Millan – also known as the Dog Whisperer – has a hit TV show and is a best-selling author. Cesar is an expert at dog training – an ordinary thing that people need and want to know about.

Cesar is self-taught. Nobody considers him an expert because he has a plaque on the wall declaring him an expert. Rather, Cesar is an expert because he has more experience and knowledge about dog training than 99% of other
people.

I guarantee that you are an expert of at least one thing you can use to make money.

Don’t believe me? Think about this story:

A few months ago computer hackers attacked Dave’s home office computer system. They put viruses on his computer. Since Dave does all his work from this computer, he needed to find a solution – and find it quick.

He tried a bunch of things to fix the virus. He bought a half-dozen anti-virus products. None of them worked. He finally found a product that worked – it removed the virus!

Dave is now at expert at how to fix a computer virus. He used his expert status to make money. He set up a simple affiliate website where he talks about his experience and what he did to fix the problem.

Simple websites like these work. In fact, in our best month we made just shy of $12,000 from a simple anti-virus affiliate website. (www.pcdefense.org)

I encourage you to take a mental inventory of all the ways that you are an expert.

- Perhaps you’re hobby is photography and you are an
expert at how to take low level photographs

- Imagine what you could do with the World’s best
recipe for chocolate chip cookies

- Maybe you are an expert at using Microsoft Excel

- You could be an expert simply because you have used a popular product – like P90X or the new Apple iPad.

Remember, simple ordinary things can make you tremendous sums of cash.

In fact, I’ve made $2.2 Million dollars just from being an “expert” about credit cards and personal finance. I became an expert because I had bad credit in college.
